AI knowledge base · Early access
Your help center writes itself.
And it never goes stale.
HelpCenter.AI is an AI agent that learns your product the way a new customer does — by actually using it. It writes your entire knowledge base: articles, screenshots, GIFs, even instructional videos. Then it keeps every word true, release after release.

One quick question — what's the biggest pain with your docs today?
Thanks — that genuinely shapes what we build first.
The problem
Docs rot. Shipping makes it worse.
Every release quietly breaks something in your help center. And your customers — and now their AI assistants — notice before you do.
Wrong the day after you ship
Screenshots show last quarter's UI. Steps reference buttons that moved. Docs are the only part of your product that gets worse when the rest gets better.
Nobody's full-time job
At a growing SaaS, documentation belongs to everyone — which means it belongs to no one. It's written in a sprint before launch, then abandoned.
Every stale answer costs you twice
First a support ticket, then a little trust. Customers who get burned by wrong docs stop reading them — and start emailing you instead.
How it works
Like hiring a teammate who tried everything
and wrote it all down.
- 1
It learns your product first-hand
The agent signs in like a brand-new customer and works through your product feature by feature — no guessing from your marketing site, no hallucinating from thin air. If it documents a step, it's because it did that step.
- 2
It writes your entire help center
How-to guides, getting-started series, troubleshooting, FAQs — illustrated with real screenshots and GIFs captured along the way, in your voice and terminology.
- 3
You review. It publishes.
Everything lands in a review queue first. Edit anything, approve in a click, publish to the help center you already have. Your name stays on the door.
- 4
It keeps everything true — forever
When you ship changes, affected articles, screenshots, and videos update themselves and wait for your OK. You'll never again announce a feature your docs don't know about.
What it creates
Not just articles. Every kind of help your customers need.
Help articles & guides
A complete knowledge base — structured, searchable, written for humans.
Screenshots & GIFs that stay current
Captured from your real product, and re-captured automatically when your UI changes.
Instructional videos
Narrated walkthroughs with captions, generated from the same verified steps.
Answers to real questions
It learns from the questions your customers actually ask and turns them into articles that stop repeat tickets.
Gaps found in your analytics
Searches that return nothing become new articles. Your help center learns from every miss.
Training & onboarding material
Turn the same knowledge into onboarding flows for new customers — and new teammates.
Every language your customers speak
Localized articles, visuals included — without maintaining translations by hand.
Built for AI answers
Structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI cite your docs — and get them right.
You stay in control
It proposes. You decide.
Nothing publishes without your approval until you say otherwise. Review every article, edit any line, approve in one click. As the agent earns your trust, let routine updates flow through on autopilot — and revert anything, any time.
- Every change reviewable before it goes live
- Your edits are always preserved
- Full history — undo anything
Safe by design
Your product is not a playground.
The agent works in an isolated browser session. Your credentials live in an encrypted vault and are never shared with the AI model. Destructive actions — deleting, sending, paying — are never executed; they're documented without being performed. And you can see a complete log of every action it took.
- Credentials never touch the AI model
- Complete, replayable activity log
- Destructive actions never executed
Publish anywhere
Keep the help center you already have. We'll keep it fresh.
HelpCenter.AI is the author, not another portal to migrate to. Publish wherever your customers already look for answers.
Built by the team behind HelpCenter.io knowledge-base software and HelpCenter.chat — we've spent years helping SaaS companies publish documentation. Now we're building the missing piece: the author.
Questions, answered honestly
What is HelpCenter.AI?
HelpCenter.AI is an AI agent that creates and maintains your product documentation for you. It signs into your product like a new customer, learns it by using it, writes a complete help center — articles, screenshots, GIFs, and instructional videos — and then keeps everything up to date as your product changes.
How is this different from AI writing assistants or chatbots?
Writing assistants help a human write faster, and chatbots answer questions from whatever docs already exist. HelpCenter.AI removes the bottleneck they both depend on: it creates the knowledge itself, from first-hand use of your product, and keeps it true over time. Better source knowledge also makes every chatbot and AI assistant you use dramatically better.
Will it make things up?
No — that is the core design rule. The agent only documents what it has actually done inside your product. Real steps, real screenshots. When it can’t verify something, it flags it for your review instead of guessing.
What kinds of content can it create?
Help articles, step-by-step guides with screenshots and GIFs, getting-started series, troubleshooting pages, FAQs, instructional videos with narration, and internal training material for onboarding your own team. It can also propose new content based on the questions your customers actually ask and on what they search for in your help center.
Do I have to review everything it writes?
You’re in control. Nothing goes live without your approval until you decide otherwise — review, edit, approve in one click. Teams that grow to trust it can let routine updates apply automatically.
Does it work with my existing help desk or knowledge base?
That’s the plan. Publish to HelpCenter.io in one click, or sync content to the tools you already use — Zendesk, Intercom, your own site via API, or plain Markdown export. Keep your portal; we keep it fresh.
Is it safe to give an AI agent access to my product?
Safety is designed in, not bolted on. Your credentials are stored in an encrypted vault and are never shared with the AI model. The agent works in an isolated browser session, and it never performs destructive or irreversible actions — those are documented without being executed. You can review a full log of everything it did.
When does it launch, and what does early access include?
We’re onboarding a limited first group while we finish building. Early-access members get founding terms before public pricing, direct input into what we build first, and a free staleness audit of their existing help center. Join the list and you’ll get one email when doors open.
How much will it cost?
Public pricing arrives at launch. Joining the early-access list is free and comes with no obligation — founding members will get terms that won’t be offered again.
Be first in line.
Early-access members get founding terms, a say in what we build first, and a free staleness audit of their existing help center when we open the doors.
